Steamer Oven provided by us, is widely used for providing the proper heating required to keep your food warm and great to eat. This oven keeps more nutrients in your food, and fresh too. Foods and vegetables warm up quickly with steam, while staying crispy and delicious. Our Steamer Oven is very easy to install as well as simple to use. This oven is very effective and safe to use.

Features

1. BIG CAPACITY: capacity of 68 GN 1/1 or 34 GN 2/1 trays to cook up to 102 Kg Rice or 1020 idli in each batch.

2. DUEL FUEL: It runs with LPG and Steam. It can be used in any combination. Either/Or/Together.

3. PLC Control: Complete operation is controlled for multiple recipes by HMI and PLC with data logging as well as alarm generation. In all cases the LPG and Steam is controlled by PID protocol by PLC. Water level is controlled by probe method by electronic senses. It controls as well as generates alarm in case of low water and stops the operation.

4. HEAT RECOVERY: Chimney is provided with heat recovery coil to heat the incoming water from flue gases to improve LPG efficiency as well as time.

5.AUTO IGNITION BURNER: It uses a specially developed high capacity burner along with Auto igniting Stainless Steel Pilot burner for Safe and convenient operation. BLOWERS FOR AIR.

6. CIRCULATION: We use blower made out of SS 304 with external motors for better performance and even cooking.
